45-46 As soon as the meal was finished, Jesus insisted that the disciples get in the boat and go on ahead across to Bethsaida while he dismissed the congregation. After sending them off, he climbed a mountain to pray.
47-49 Late at night, the boat was far out at sea; Jesus was still by himself on land. He could see his men struggling with the oars, the wind having come up against them. At about four o’clock in the morning, Jesus came toward them, walking on the sea. He intended to go right by them. But when they saw him walking on the sea, they thought it was a ghost and screamed, scared out of their wits.
50-52 Jesus was quick to comfort them: “Courage! It’s me. Don’t be afraid.” As soon as he climbed into the boat, the wind died down. They were stunned, shaking their heads, wondering what was going on. They didn’t understand what he had done at the supper. None of this had yet penetrated their hearts.
53-56 They beached the boat at Gennesaret and tied up at the landing. As soon as they got out of the boat, word got around fast. People ran this way and that, bringing their sick on stretchers to where they heard he was. Wherever he went, village or town or country crossroads, they brought their sick to the marketplace and begged him to let them touch the edge of his coat—that’s all. And whoever touched him became well.

Here is a dream I had Tuesday, December 22, 2009:
I was in a contest at UE to see who could come up with the best web site. No one wanted to be on my team and everyone thought that we would lose. Our strategy was to let me be out there in public but that the other members would meet in secret. No one gave my team a bit of a chance but my team won! During my dream I was laughing and laughing. When I woke up in the morning Jeff said I was laughing and laughing in my sleep but he didn't want to wake me up because I was laughing so hard! I am not as nice as Jeff. My curiosity would have given in and I would have woken him and asked him what was so funny. I know this doesn't sound funny enough to laugh as much as I did but I know that the laughter was bringing a healing to me. Praise the Lord!

Update on See You At The Pole: It was AWESOME! I was at the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana flagpole and there were about 12 of us who prayed together and then had a time of praise.
We repented of our own sins and the sins of our nation and declared and decreed that Jesus is Lord of the University of Evansville and of the United States of America.
We prayed for our persecuted brothers and sisters who are giving their lives for Jesus. We prayed for our soldiers. We poured out our hearts for our campus and asked that the Lord would open our eyes and our hearts to the people all around us who need Jesus.
We had a time of praise at the end where we simply praised Jesus. Someone brought music so we could praise together.
My husband is the chair of the Physics Department at the University of Evansville and I just graduated from there this past May.
I did my best to get the word out but until I showed up at the flag pole this morning I had no indication that anyone else would be there.
My heart was so blessed to see the dozen or so students quietly come to the flag pole and pray with me.
People will come every year no matter if it looks like no one is coming or not. I gave my name and email and invited anyone who came to contact me if they want to continue to pray for our university campus and our nation.
There was a little drizzle of rain but not much at all. I thank the Lord and praise the Lord for this awesome witness each year.
